Here on the islands we eat crepes like Americans eats pancakes. I live in a French territory with a French influence when it comes to cooking. Every restaurant here on our islands serves crepes for desert. You can find crepes filled with fruit, chocolate, or a variety of other sweet fillings. They top this off with whipped cream.

Personal size cake in only 5 minutes. Mix dry ingredients in microwave proof coffee mug. Add egg and mix well, add milk, vanilla, and oil, mix well. Bake in 1000 watt microwave oven 3 minutes.

The addition of vinegar would have ordinarily turned me off, but this recipe had many rave reviews that I printed it out a few months ago. The meat and the onions were on sale, so I made it tonight. It was a big hit and I will be making it again. It was easy and cooked itself while I did work around the house.

This is a new product, Bush's Hummus Made Easy. You mix the contents of the pouch with one 16 ounce can of drained garbanzo beans and process in the food processor. You can process until it is the consistency you like. It comes in several flavors, but I have just purchased the classic flavor.
