Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Crepes

By poehere

Crepe and salad on plateHere on the islands we eat crepes like Americans eats pancakes. I live in a French territory with a French influence when it comes to cooking. Every restaurant here on our islands serves crepes for desert. You can find crepes filled with fruit, chocolate, or a variety of other sweet fillings. They top this off with whipped cream.

By Judy

Hummus made from a prepared packet and garbanzo beans. This is a new product, Bush's Hummus Made Easy. You mix the contents of the pouch with one 16 ounce can of drained garbanzo beans and process in the food processor. You can process until it is the consistency you like. It comes in several flavors, but I have just purchased the classic flavor.
