I turned 59 two days ago, and it honestly doesn't feel much different than being 58. If anything, I've felt progressively younger in recent years, thanks to the rejuvenating effects of embodied awakening. My physical body's in good shape apart from the occasional ache or pain, and my MD is amazed that I don't take any prescriptions or over-the-counter medications.
I'm delighted to report that the year just past was my best so far … just like every year since I had my "breakthrough awakening" in 2012. Why does it "always gets better than this"? Because my awakening gets deeper every year, along with its side effects of bliss, joy and fulfillment. I wish the same for you!
