Programme Director Mark Kelso said: âThis is a truly outstanding achievement and well-deserved external recognition for a groundbreaking programme. Digitising and automating over 4.6m local land charges so far has already saved house buyers over 5,500 years in reduced waiting times and £1.6m in fees."
Submitting colleagues' applications You asked, we listened â you can now access your colleagues' applications, complete them and submit. You can also transfer applications to a colleague. You will need to go into the Digital Registration Service to use the Submit Colleagues' Applications function. There are changes to the âSaved applicationsâ screen â please read our user guide to find out how it all works. We will also soon be releasing the new âEditâ function allowing you to edit application details.
