This weekend’s finds are all about trying something new this holiday season. Chablis is a Chardonnay that comes from Northwest Burgundy, but isn’t aged in oak like a lot of our American Chardonnays. The Joseph Drouhin Chablis Domaine de Vaudon ($24) is bright with juicy notes of apples and pears. It has a bright acidity so it will be great with cheese, pasta, turkey and side dishes of all kinds.
