Travel ban: The New Orleans City Council has passed a temporary ban on travel by the mayor and other city officials, a response to Mayor LaToya Cantrell's decision to back out of a multi-million agreement with the school system. Tragic deaths: Two tragic deaths in Baton Rouge were revealed to have local ties Wednesday, with a Southern University student from Kenner found dead in a park and an LSU track athlete from Slidell killed in a car crash. Aidan McCahill has what we know about Caleb Wilson, 20, the son of a Jefferson Parish Sheriff's deputy, while Bob Warren spoke with the former coach of 18-year-old Dillon Reidenauer. Layoffs at Michoud: Boeing will lay off 89 employees at its Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans East.
