Cleveland Botanical Garden’s hours, parking and admission fees do not violate 140-year-old land donation, Ohio Supreme Court rules
The court ruled Thursday that the Cleveland Botanical Garden did not violate the restrictions of an 1882 deed creating Wade Park, donated by industrialist Jeptha Wade, that is now part of the garden.

Average long-term US mortgage rates rise this week to 6.94%
Mortgage buyer Freddie Mac reported Thursday that the average on the key 30-year rate ticked up this week to 6.94% from 6.92% last week. Last year at this time, the rate was 3.09%.
