JPMorgan venture seeks to improve employee health care JPMorgan Chase has created Morgan Health to improve health care for employees, just months after its joint venture with Amazon and Berkshire Hathaway, which had the same goal, flopped. The initiative will invest $250 million in startups and technology with "promising health care solutions," and will be led by health care consultant Dan Mendelson, who was part of the Clinton administration.
