With a CV that starts at the Savoy, to Dandelyan on the South Bank, and then taking in the Four Seasons in Seoul and Hong Kong, it safe to say that Lorenzo Antonori is one of the world’s most prominent bartenders.
When he had the opportunity to open his own venue earlier this year in Hong Kong, he decide to recreate the very archetype of Italian bars, many miles away from his hometown of Rome: Bar Leone.
The bar is all about classic cocktails and approachability, stripping back the smoke and mirrors to focus on providing guests with a memorable experience. It’s an homage to the local, traditional Roman bars that form the cornerstone of his home city’s neighbourhoods.
