Every weekday afternoon you can find me live on air letting you know what’s been happening in Brisbane today.
But when I’m not doing that, I love getting out of the radio studio and broadcasting live from the places and events that make Brisbane special.
On Friday 12 May, you can catch ABC Brisbane Drive broadcasting Live from Hamilton Northshore. It’s a region rich in history and with transformation underway, there will be plenty more to come. I’ll be speaking to local personalities, Economic Development Queensland, will explore the local history of the area and talk to artists participating in the Brisbane Street Art Festival.
On Friday 19 May I’ll be joining Afternoons’ Kat Feeney for an afternoon of ABC Radio at the Brisbane Truck Show. Kat will kick it all off from 12.30pm and then I’ll be taking the steering wheel from 3.30pm. You’ll also be able to take a tour of the ABC Radio broadcast truck and see how we put a live radio program to air while we’re out and about.
If you can make it, the ABC Brisbane team and I look forward to seeing you! If not, make sure you tune in wherever you are via the ABC listen app. | | |
