Hey folks, One of the things I've never been into are meditation and stretching. I've tried, time and time again, and I've never been able to really nail the sitting meditation thing. I've taken yoga with my wife and it's nice when I'm doing it, but it just doesn't take. They don't come naturally to me. I've figured out ways to get many of the same benefits through movement, standup paddling, and casually incorporating mobility into my day with frequent movement and micro workout breaks, but some part of me wonders what it would be like to have a "sitting practice." Each workout video can be done at home or wherever you happen to be and lasts 20 minutes—perfect for breaking up the workday with some movement. There are beginner and advanced workouts. Meditation works best when the body has been exhausted and energy has been expended. Lots of people don't jibe with meditation or stretching because we're going in with unreleased energy simmering under the surface. If you train hard first, you can focus on just being at peace.
