A consensus on Armstrong Park: While still a long way from any development, a significant hurdle has been cleared as neighborhood groups and Mayor LaToya Cantrell's administration appear to have come to an agreement on how to inject life into Armstrong Park. Criminal justice: There were legal developments in two high-profile killings Thursday, with the indictment of Harahan woman for first-degree murder and obstruction of justice in connection with the killing of her boyfriend's 6-year-old daughter. Bunnak "Hannah" Landon, 43, is accused of beating and strangling Bella Fontenelle and leaving her body inside a bucket on the child's mother's front lawn. Michelle Hunter has the story.
