It’s getting to me. The first couple of weeks of “sheltering in place” wasn’t so bad. I joked that, as someone who works from home and has small children, my life was just as boring before the pandemic. But over a month in, we’re starting to feel it. Our routines have been disrupted. Days are long. We’re starting to miss small comforts and diversions, even things as simple as going out for frozen yogurt. It’s not all bad though. I’ve found more time to think about the future and my own calling. If there’s a silver lining to being stuck at home, maybe that’s it. If you find yourself with a little extra time these days, I recommend using this resource on how to Deepen Your Calling. This 24-page training pack includes a variety of practical tips and suggestions to help you help you understand, develop, and guard your call to ministry.
