Strong organizational skills are needed to maintain a rigorous sales effort to maximize the potential of Dazzle’s private event program.
Job Duties include: Work closely with ownership and kitchen to develop buy-out and private event collateral (menus, prices, schedules, etc.)
Fielding all incoming inquiries for private events and parties on a timely basis.
Actively communicate with all booked private event hosts, setting up meetings to discuss menus, timelines, and needs.
Develop event sheets to communicate with the whole house all the choices and needs for each event.
Actively work with the music department when scheduling and negotiating events.
Attend Visit Denver meetings and events, and become a strong liaison between Dazzle and Visit Denver.
Monitor the convention calendar, and reach out to advance conventions to book events in the space.
Work closely with the area hotels to develop relationships, offering tickets and buy-out information for their guests and incoming events (weddings, reunions, etc.).
Follow-up with past event hosts, sending thank you notes (flowers, when appropriate), to maintain strong relationships, and hopefully get re-sales.
This position is hybrid remote/in-person.

| | At the Denver Performing Arts Complex, it’s that time again Sunset Cinema!
This year the outdoor film + entertainment series highlights food-centric features that will tickle the tastebuds. Together with Denver Film, Denver Arts & Venues will be presenting a lineup of films that will transport us throughout the globe, across decades and often to the extreme heat of a chef’s kitchen. There will be performances presented by Dazzle before the films along with themed food trucks, drinks and other cinema snacks available for purchase.
