Employment Judge Jane Mary Porter retires with effect from 18 January 2025. Background information Employment Judge Porter was admitted as an Advocate (Scotland) in 1994. She was appointed as a fee-paid Employment Judge (Scotland) in 2006 and a salaried Employment Judge (Scotland) in 2008.
