| Face Mask Distribution Set for Richland Library North Main Richland Library is partnering with Richland County Councilwoman Yvonne McBride to get face masks into the hands of local residents within her district. Starting Wednesday, October 28, customers can pick up the disposable face masks during curbside service from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 2 - 6 p.m., Monday - Saturday at our North Main location (5306 North Main Street).
