MEBA Adds Three Members to Board of Directors

COLUMBIA, S.C. (Oct. 5, 2020) – Midlands Education & Business Alliance (MEBA) has named three new members to the organization’s Board of Directors. MEBA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that connects students of all ages, parents, and educators to career opportunities through business partnerships, training and resources.

Overall office market occupancy barely moved this quarter. The few changes within Columbia’s offices show tenants are maintaining their current office. Some tenants are choosing to renew their leases for shorter terms to see the impact of COVID-19.
