Pork Tenderloin Roast

By 15mhhm15

Pork Tenderloin Roast on foilA few days ago, I scored this boneless pork loin for $1.49/lb at Vons/Safeway. This 3 lb pork tenderloin roast was only $5! I used half for tonight's quick and effortless dinner while balancing laundry. We have lots of leftovers! For this recipe all you need to do is mix in some of your favorite spices, rub on the pork tenderloin, pan sear and toss in the oven to bake.

Ice and Ladle Fat Skimmer

By attosa

CloseupWhenever we watch cooking shows, my husband sees those handy dandy fat separator tools and asks me if I want one. I'm perfectly happy with my way: put ice cubes in a ladle and skim across the fatty top of whatever you're separating. The cold will get the fat to congeal in the ladle. Just like a magnet!
