The Scotsman leads on an exclusive today from our Arts Correspondent Brian Ferguson related to the (still) ongoing row over Creative Scotland's funding for a film featuring hardcore sex. The Scottish Government’s arts agency has been criticised for not giving MSPs a “full picture” over its backing for the planned multi-screen film installation and a subsequent decision to withdraw its £85,000 funding offer. Now, as Brian reports, the arts body has launched a fresh defence over its handling of the affair. Opposition politicians point out that there has still been no apology.
