In just 3 weeks. “I have worked in refugee crises for almost 40 years and I have rarely seen such an incredibly fast exodus of people.” These are the words of UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi – speaking to the UN Security Council, on the deteriorating situation in Ukraine.
