To our Crocs consumers, We are in the business of comfort and our goal is simple – to help everyone be comfortable in their own shoes. To join the efforts to protect our employees, customers and public health, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close all company-owned Crocs retail and outlet locations in North America beginning tomorrow, March 17th through March 27th, 2020. Many retail stores in Europe are also closed in compliance with local regulations. We will continue to pay all North American retail employees that are impacted by this closure for their scheduled shifts through March 27, 2020. While our stores will be closed, Crocs.com is open. To make sure all shoes are delivered safely, you should expect some likely delays and our dedicated customer service team stands ready (remotely) to help you navigate any delivery challenges. I ask, respectfully, for your patience. We’re also taking guidance from the CDC, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take. Our product handling facilities are regularly cleaned, ensuring that you can remain confident in purchasing your favorite Crocs styles. Wishing you and yours much comfort during these challenging times.
