Three airline passengers whose flights were impacted by last month’s massive CrowdStrike outage have filed a proposed class-action lawsuit against the tech firm, PC Mag reported. The trio filed the lawsuit in a Texas district court, saying the disruption led their flights to be canceled or delayed, causing stress and forcing them to pay extra fees for meals and hotels. CrowdStrike said in a statement: "We believe this case lacks merit and we will vigorously defend the company." Meanwhile, Delta Air Lines is also threatening to sue CrowdStrike over the same issue, saying recently that it racked up $500 million in costs due to the outage ... |

The iPhone 16 isn’t even out yet and rumors are already circulating about its successor, which would likely launch in 2026. Prominent Apple tipster Jon Prosser has claimed that Apple could introduce a much slimmer handset called the iPhone Air next year. “Prosser’s take is interesting because he speculates that, unlike previous rumors, the iPhone Air would not be a top-tier model,” Digital Trends reported. Instead, he believes it’ll be a device “priced around the same range as the iPhone 15 Plus, which starts at $899 for the base model.” It’s hardly a budget device, but it would be considerably cheaper than the iPhone 15 Pro Max, which starts at $1,199 ... |
