Next week Aaron London of Al's Place will be making Duck Confit in Pork Fat Tacos with Peach Pastor Sauce, Grilled Pineapple, and Crushed Avocado. Proceeds support CUESA's education programs.

In Memoriam:
Rosalyn Miyamura
| We are sad to share that Rosalyn ("Roz") Miyamura of Shogun Fish Company recently passed away after her ninth battle with cancer in 32 years. Roz and her husband, Larry, brought fresh, high-quality fish and seafood to to the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market for 18 years. Her warm, welcoming presence is deeply missed by CUESA and the market community.
