Meanwhile, ECI has made five promotions. Baltic push CVC-backed Mehiläinen has agreed to acquire InMedica Group from INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund, AB City and Litgaja. Deal of the Year Awards: Deadline Day Today is also the deadline for submissions for the 35th annual Deal of the Year Awards, which honor exceptional buyouts that were fully or mostly realized in 2024. Winners will be selected in six categories, plus an overall winner, and the results will be published on PE Hub in March.
