Global music streaming company Deezer unveiled a new strategic partnership that makes the company the official music partner of the Miami Dolphins. The deal gives Dolphin fans access to a channel dedicated entirely to the team, containing the official playlists of the Miami Dolphins team, the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders and mascot T.D. Dolphins fans also will be able to enter sweepstakes during the season to win VIP experiences at Hard Rock Stadium.
The International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation unlocked a four-year extension to its media and marketing partnership with Infront Sports & Media. The partnership officially began 15 years ago. IBSF President Ivo Ferriani stated that "With Infront we have the right partner to further develop our sports bobsleigh and skeleton for the next quadrennial as they show the same passion and professionalism our athletes have for our sports."
Meanwhile. US Curling and Cheetos inked a deal that will see the two orgs help raise awareness for the sport. Cheetos is partnering with an athlete from NFL tight end and curling connoisseur Vernon Davis to drive participating, and teaming with USA Curling to announce the partnership and bring awareness to upcoming international competitions.
The LA Galaxy and AARP entered into a multiyear agreement that names AARP an official and community sponsor. The agreement, brokered by AEG Global Partnerships, marks AARP’s first in Major League Soccer and serves as the foundation for a joint campaign, “The Game Unites Us.” As part of this sponsorship, during home games, AARP will have a presence on the concourse of the StubHub Center and will spotlight and celebrate volunteers in addition to offering soccer enthusiasts the chance to attend an LA Galaxy fantasy training camp.

Professional Bull Riders locked in plans for free live digital streams of the PBR Real Time Pain Relief Velocity Tour Finals (Oct. 28-30 at South Point Arena in Las Vegas) and the inaugural PBR Global Cup (Nov. 9-11 at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Canada). The high-quality production will feature full broadcast teams and multi-camera set-ups. “The production quality of these events demonstrates PBR’s commitment to providing a world-class digital experience to give fans the best live access to must-see PBR events,” said Sean Gleason, CEO, PBR. “If fans can’t make it to Las Vegas and Edmonton, this is the next best way to experience some of the biggest and most meaningful bull riding events in the history of the PBR.”
Sports Illustrated is launching a new live weekly sports trivia show titles Next Question!, which will debut today at 12:30p on SI’s Facebook page. SI's Mitch Goldich will host the four round battle between two SI staffers as they compete to answer trivia questions and prove their sports knowledge. The winner will be given the opportunity to return on the next week’s show, and the loser will be given a benign punishment.
The United States Olympic Committee announced the 26 finalists for the 2017 Team USA Awards presented by Dow, Best of the Year, with fans invited to vote for their favorite athletes and teams atTeamUSA.org/Awards through midnight Monday, Oct. 30. The Team USA Awards honor athletes and teams of the year in six categories: Female Olympic Athlete of the Year, presented by DICK¹S Sporting Goods; Male Olympic Athlete of the Year; Olympic Team of the Year, presented by Dow; Female Paralympic Athlete of the Year; Male Paralympic Athlete of the Year; and Paralympic Team of the Year, presented by Dow.
