A Toluca man with a prior arson conviction has been charged again with that crime for allegedly setting fire to this long-vacant rural Toluca farmhouse, which was once the home of the late John and Mary Egleton and their 10 children. The structure is expected to be given to the Toluca-Rutland Fire Department for use in training.
