For restaurant inspections conducted the week of August 10, 2020 by safety and sanitation inspectors with the state’s Division of Hotels and Restaurants. The following restaurants, mobile food vendors and hot dog carts required a follow-up inspection after receiving one of the following four dispositions in a recent inspection: warning issued, callback - administrative complaint recommended, administrative complaint recommended or emergency closure ordered. The Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation describes an inspection report as “a ‘snapshot’ of conditions present at the time of the inspection.
