This book has been a lifetime in the making, and I'm both thrilled and nervous to share it with you. Thrilled because I'm so happy all of my hard work has brought it to fruition and nervous because it is unlike my previous books, and I want more than anything for my readers to embrace it. As many of you know, I have suffered most of my life with depression, anxiety, and everything that comes with it. This book is not anti-medication--for me, medication served a purpose and I'm grateful it was available--but I wanted to choose differently for myself, to live more naturally and free of side effects. The program I developed, which is explained in detail in my book, is free and fairly simply to follow. It is also powerful and life-changing.
