This event recognizes and brings together the individuals who will be the future leaders of Central Pennsylvania. These individuals are not only achieving success in their careers but giving back in meaningful ways to the community.

Nomination Deadline: July 10, 2025

This program:

• Celebrates Success: Recognizes remarkable achievements of young business leaders.

• Inspires Others: Highlights examples of strong leadership and innovation.

• Fosters Growth: Supports the emerging leaders of Rochester's business community.

Nominees should:

• Demonstrate significant professional accomplishment within their category as well as strong civic commitment in our community.
• Be employed in Central Penn (Counties: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry or York).
• Be 39 years of age or younger by September 30 of the event year.

May be self-nominated or nominated by another person.
