We served these in the store this week!
We took our Fudgy Baby Cakes mix--which is really a cream cake--and added a cup of shredded coconut. We didn't have to change a thing. Even the bake time was the same.
Then we removed the liners and drizzled them with coconut buttermilk syrup. Then we added coconut whipped cream.
We put the whipped cream in the centers of the cakes. Then we drizzled the sauce around the perimeter and let it drip down the sides and pool around the cakes.
Since the whipped cream needed to hold up for hours, we added meringue powder to the cream before whipping.
