I love my sweetheart. She's my best friend, my best help, and my best inspiration. I tell her that I love everyday but it's better when I show her. She loves caramel apples. (Debbie, our daughter, helped me with these. Debbie is a better artist than I.)
They're not hard. All you need is some good quality apples, caramels, and some great chocolate. If you melt caramel candy, they're even easier than cooking a batch of caramel--but you can choose.
