Your family is going to love these meatloaves. Never mind that they are lower fat, they'll still love them. The first time I used a meatloaf pan, I was amazed. I've always tipped my meatloaves up to let them drain. But this time, I got twice as much grease out of the pan. How was that? It takes time for the grease to drain. Prop it up over the sink and let it drain for at least ten minutes. Now you have a better meat loaf! | | |
