A lawyer wants to know if an advisory issued for the Devil's Swamp north of Baton Rouge will ever be lifted. Louisiana highway officials want people to drive in circles, so to speak. Transportation officials say that once people are accustomed to roundabouts, they like them, so they plan to build more around the state.
