The organization is encouraging all levels to celebrate the LGBT movement this month, including younger children in the Daisy, Brownie and Junior Girl Scout levels. Read more. | Charges dropped against preacher arrested at pride event | Prosecutors have dropped charges against Pennsylvania street preacher Damon Atkins, who was arrested while reading from the Bible across the street from an LGBT pride event in Reading. The Berks County District Attorney's Office stated that the charges were withdrawn after reviewing videos of the incident "along with applicable case law." A now-viral video shows Atkins telling an officer he is on public property to which the officer acknowledges it is public property but says to "let them have their day."
