Click here to view as web page before commenting. | As part of the City of Worcester’s plan to build a $90-million minor league baseball stadium, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation plans to completely overhaul Kelley Square, where six streets come together in the Canal District without a traffic light. But the redesign should not impact any adjacent private property. No. It is a work of art and uniquely Worcester. No. The traffic flow ultimately works and the money should be spent elsewhere. | |
