Kim Fairrell Gets Relief from Heavy Depression

From Gary: According to WebMD.com, the medical profession does not know what causes depression. This well-known website says, "Depression is an extremely complex disease. No one knows exactly what causes it, but it can occur for a variety of reasons."

Nonetheless, drugs are often used to treat the symptoms. Accordingly, the website says, "Antidepressants are some of the best treatments we have for depression. But these drugs don't cure depression in the way that antibiotics cure infections. You will probably need to continue medication even after you feel better."

By contrast my book, The Unseen Therapist, is filled with examples where aiming our gentle healing process at unresolved emotional issues brings relief to countless human ailments, including depression. For example, Kim Fairrell is quoted in my book as saying...

“The Unseen Therapist allowed me to wake up this morning, for the first time in decades, with a positive outlook in life. Medications did very little for my depression. My suicide thoughts have disappeared and I’ve all but forgotten what heavy depression is like.”

While I am not a doctor and thus cannot give medical advice, it seems reasonable to me that spending some time with The Unseen Therapist BEFORE resorting to drugs may bring better results and, perhaps, avoid drugs altogether. To me, this is addressing the true cause, rather than just the symptoms. Ask your doctor what s/he thinks.

Question on Insomnia

Question: Looking for a cure for Insomnia, is EFT tapping the answer?

Answer: Insomnia, in my experience, has many roots but the central cause is the emotional unrest within. Accordingly, the remedy resides within as well. You just need to know how to access it.

While EFT Tapping can be a help in this regard, I would urge you to explore our newest advancement, Optimal EFT. It efficiently involves the spiritual dimension (The Unseen Therapist) and, as you might expect, often goes where man-made methods don't. You should find it quite helpful. From Sheri: I am pleased to announce the second six-week OEFT Boot Camp will be conducted via Zoom over the course of six Saturdays, beginning 2/20/21, from 10:00 a.m. to noon (Eastern time).

Class size is limited in order to ensure maximum opportunity for group interaction. However, a couple of spaces are still available for those advanced students who feel called to rise to the next level of understanding and practical application of OEFT.

Give Up Those Judgments.

"Judgments about others, however, are major mistakes and must be corrected. Your personal peace depends on this correction."

From The Unseen Therapist: The only way to judge another is to give up judgment altogether.

Let me explain.

Judgments appear essential on many levels in this illusory world. Indeed, it seems like you must judge nearly everything if you are to get around in this dream successfully. You must make financial judgments, educational judgments, diet judgments, political judgments and religious judgments. You must judge which cars to buy, which movies to see, which books to read, which clothes to wear and a never-ending list of other judgments.

And, unfortunately, it appears that you must also judge the worthiness and value of other people. As a result, you use your "judgment skills" to choose some as friends and others as less-than-desirable, or even enemies.

Judgments about others, however, are are major mistakes and must be corrected. Your personal peace depends on this correction. So does your ascent up the Stairway to Miracles and the re-emergence of your blissful reality of Oneness...
