WEEK IN REVIEW REPLACING LEATHER WITH MYCELIUM IN CADILLAC'S SOLLEI CAR designboom speaks to biotechnology company mycoworks and cadillac on the occasion of the automotive brand's recently-unveiled SOLLEI concept car. the two have collaborated to replace parts of the car's leather interior with mycelium, a bio-based material that grows from the root structures of mushrooms.
