Elevate your career with DIALOG
The DIALOG Mentorship Program is a transformative initiative designed to foster connections for mid-level executives who are Black, Indigenous and People of Color working in scripted and unscripted programming and production.
The program will match up to 10 exceptional executives with seasoned senior-level mentors who bring their wealth of experience and a commitment to guiding their mentees.
Selected participants will gain:
• 1:1 mentorship: At least two hours per month with a senior executive (June 2025–May 2026).
• Virtual workshops: Cohort sessions on pitching, dealmaking, and financing (September 2025–January 2026).
• A complimentary pass to Realscreen Summit & NATPE Global (February 2–6, 2026).
