Hi Achternaam,

Every year around this time, my team and I take a holiday break to reset and recharge. I love SimplyCanning.com! But the one downside is that running a website means being online most of the time, so its always nice to step away for some rest in December.

That means we'll be taking a short break from weekly newsletters too!

But before I go, I wanted to do two things:

1.) Thank YOU for reading and watching this year. I'm thankful for you enjoying our newsletters, asking your canning questions, and sharing your projects with us. It is always a joy to help you learn how to preserve your own food!
