Volume based licenses are flexible!

In order to use Archiware P5 Archive and P5 Backup, additional licenses are required - in most cases - for the target storage used with those modules. These MMSL (Media Management and Storage Licenses) are volume based, allowing the use of storage in units of 4 TB each and LTO tape slots, sold in packages of 5, 25, 100 and 200 units.

The big advantage of these licenses is their flexibility. Not only can they be split and used for either module - they can also slide from one type of storage to another. So if you decide to move your archive to the cloud, your volume license can seamlessly go from covering your outgoing LTO storage to your new cloud buckets.

Public Beta of Archiware Pure 2

The new version of our popular VMware backup solution can now also be installed on external hardware. In Pure version 2.0, Linux is supported as platform and installer packages are offered for QNAP, Synology and NETGEAR.
