Did You Know? The Unseen Therapist is not floating around in the ether somewhere "out there." Rather, She is within you and represents a healing power that extends well beyond the reaches of man-made methods. Unfortunately for most, She remains "hidden" beneath the angers, resentments, guilts and countless beliefs of our egos.

What to do?

Mankind has tried to bring Her out of hiding for milleniums. Meditation, drugs and other means have been used but, alas, have rarely succeeded in any consistent manner.

By contrast, Optimal EFT has become a highly useful means whereby we can effectively communicate with our "spiritual healer within" (The Unseen Therapist) and get both guidance and healing in the process. However, it takes a new way of thinking (NewThink) that anyone, with practice, can do. No lengthy meditations or drugs required.

Three Solid ideas from Linda Brummett

1. Using Our TV Guidance Channel Technique: Karen Kelley asked about trusting the information you get when doing the TV Guidance Channel Technique. My experience is to be careful what you discard. I did the technique with a friend to help ferret out some specific events.

Listening to The Unseen Therapist, the first thought that came to me was a single word, “house.” This was followed by seven other suggestions. As I reviewed with my friend the feedback I got from The Unseen Therapist, I skipped over the first one (house) because several other items looked far more promising. Then, saying to my friend, “I don’t think this is anything,” I said the word “house". Boy was I ever wrong, that word triggered all kinds of early childhood events that took place in a summer house. That was probably the most important item to come out of this exercise.

2. On our "Heavenly Habit" idea: I love your “Heavenly Habit” idea. What I have recently been trying to do is to find something positive about the person or persons who are disrupting my peace. Often it is hard to do, for instance the only thing I could find on one person was that he went to church, or she was wearing a nice dress, or that their spouse was a good person, or they supported something that I supported. I have attempted to see God’s light in people, but that seems to be a bit more elusive. But, with some practice, the structure of the Heavenly Habit might be just what I have been looking for.

3. Golf Reframe: I play golf once a week with a ladies nine hole group. I used to get irritated because of my inability to play a good round of golf. My game went up and down like a yoyo. I had lots of pity parties, excuses, etc.

So, a few weeks ago I decided to change my way of thinking about how I approach the game. Golf should be fun. God wants us all to feel joy, happiness, peace and love so why not bring that to the golf course. Those four words are my focus now when I play golf. I aim them at my team mates, at other players on the course, at myself, at the world. Whenever a negative thought comes up, I discard it and replace it with one of the words.

I have done this three times now and my attitude has improved, and I have dropped five strokes off my game! Hallelujah & Amen!

Sharon's Progress With The Unseen Therapist

Member Sharon Clegg has become, to me, a model of the truly deep work that is possible with The Unseen Therapist and our OEFT Course. Sharon's diligence has lifted her from someone with severe childhood sexual abuse (including repressed memories until her forties) to someone with ever-increasing peace on these issues.

Some of you may recall, in a previous Webinar, that Sharon was often beset with what she called her "Basement." This was a near-catatonic depression that lasted around a week. As you will see below. It has vanished.

Below are snippets from her recent letter to me.

Hi Gary, I still pop into the Peace Tornado Exercise for continued peace and I absolutely love the Resentments, Guilts and Fear exercises which I practice reguarly.

I realised I was in 'deep fear' yesterday so left the situation and ran the deep fear exercise - 3 times in the end - it gave me relief and today, my fear in that area is no longer! I am thrilled.

I was about to message to request that you consider creating an exercise on silent RAGE. Unseen Therapist spoke to me and suggested I do it myself: make my cloud red with the word RAGE across the middle and allow her to work with me. I did exactly that and she also gave me 'an overview of her viewpoint' around my rage and I felt a shift. I will obviously test it over time and let you know if it holds. Incredible stuff - I love it!!

Also, just wanted to let you know that my 'Basement' has not returned - this is just so life affirming for me and I wanted to thank you separately. It lived inside me my whole life. I have never been able to escape it and was constantly in fear that it was lurking in the wings waiting to scoop me up again and imprison me in its depths until it chose to set me free. I bless you so, so much for this relief.

A feeling of “I don’t deserve this healing” showed up. Group work on the throat and the deserving issue. Solid improvement on the issues.

1:03:56 Shannon’s experience. She discusses her empathic feelings regarding Olga and how she successfully dealt with them. Forgiveness comes up with one of her Specific Events.

1:06:25 Isabel’s experience. In expanding her love in the Radiating Love process she felt as though she left her body and saw planet earth as filled with love. Discusses having a spiritual experience at age 29 for one full year. She felt it again through this process and is still there.

1:11:01 Shelley’s experience. Couldn’t find an example of love except for a very low time when she felt the presence of God. On Specifics Events … she is less angry at her mother. Major improvements regarding her and her son.

1:17:13 Beverly’s experience. Went into the Universe in giving love. Her Specifics Events all improved and some 10’s went to zero. She will be able to test these at a family gathering later today. Suggest she find ways to share love/gentleness with the interactions.

1:20:54 Jean’s experience. Chest pains vanished while watching previous Webinars.

1:25:02 Vivek’s question. How to use Optimal EFT for his 3 year old daughter where Specific Events are difficult to locate.

1:30:00 Anna’s experience. Discusses special experiences during today’s exercise. Important aspects showed up during the process.
