G’day Craig here, Don’t know about you, but with all this time at home I've finally run out of excuses for not doing the list of jobs I've been meaning to get done for the past few years! Now that list is squared away, I’ve been hitting the kitchen and even made my signature chocolate slice for our ABC Brisbane bake-off last week. Despite my best efforts, Shelley Lloyd’s passionfruit slice claimed the crown. Here’s the recipe if you’d like to try it at home. To offset all the sweet treats, I’ve been taking part in the Queensland Billion Steps challenge and I’m pleased to report that we’re nearing the final target! Feel free to make your physical endeavours count and join in. Have a great week (and if you need a laugh, then check out Loretta and I taking on a dance-off!) | |
