Last week, as we all know, saw the launch of the Canon EOS R3, but on the very same day Apple announced a new camera of its own - several of them, in fact. The new iPhone 13 and 13 Pro models are shipping this week, and as we wait to get our hands on one, we've been taking a detailed look at their core technologies.
