Welcome to the 733rd DPReview Newsletter

It's mid-November, which means it's almost time for our end-of-year wrapup content, but not quite yet. In the final few weeks of 2018 we're still working hard on reviews of some of this year's major products, including the Nikon Z6. You'll find a full gallery of sample images from that camera linked below. I've also been working away to transcribe the last of our executive interviews from Photokina, and the latest - with Nikon - was published earlier this week.

The Nikon Z6, paired with the new Nikkor Z 50mm F1.8S produces the sort of result you'd expect from a baby Z7. The lens is consistent across the frame and the sensor looks good but, like the Z7, the PDAF stripes aren't perfectly corrected so can occasionally become visible.
