This week's top real estate headlines

Hollywood power couple Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis recently put the first property they ever purchased together on the market for a tad under $14 million. The "timeless traditional" has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms within 7,351 square feet. Meanwhile over in Beverly Hills, mononymous hip-hop superstar Pharrell is looking for someone to take his Hagy Belzberg-designed mansion off of his hands. The property features staggering 280-degree mountain, canyon and city views that overlook L.A. and the San Fernando Valley

In other news, Deborah Santana bought an ultra-mod Studio City contemporary, "Lucifer" actress Rachel Harris listed her ranch-style home, "Married to Medicine" star Jazmin Johnson put her over-the-top Beverly Hills manse on the market for a little under $9.5 million, and London on da Track bought a new Encino mansion.
