This week's top real estate headlines

In a surprisingly Kardashian turn of events, Caitlyn Jenner has let it slip that ex-royals Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are house hunting in Malibu. Of course, considering all of the celebs that call Malibu home, their interest in L.A.'s favorite beach town isn't too surprising. What is surprising, however, is that H&M are said to be seriously considering Petra Manor, once home to Kylie Jenner. Meanwhile, Dwayne Wade and Gabrielle Union have once again significantly upgraded their residential circumstances by buying a $20 million mansion in Hidden Hills. Clocking in at a 22,000 square feet with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, you could say that the purchase was a slam dunk.

In other news, Russell Brand moves into a very 90s home, Demian Bichir paid a little less than $2.9 million for a sleek, modern home in the SFV, producer Jan DeWitt wants $1.7 million for a rustic Santa Barbara hideaway, and why more A-list celebrities are passing up N.Y.C. co-ops for condos.
