This week's top real estate headlines

Considering the size of his new home, hopefully ex-Crowded House front man and Fleetwood Mac's newest member Neil Finn doesn't feel too cramped in his new digs. Records show that the Kiwi singer-songwriter and his longtime wife paid $4.3 million for their new four-bedroom home in Los Feliz. Meanwhile, over in Pasadena, watch out for Shia LaBeouf! The Hollywood superstar has significantly upgraded his residential circumstances with the $5.5 million purchase of a Mediterranean-style villa.

In other news, L.A.'s favorite personal injury lawyer Jacob Emrani splurged on a $12 million Beverly Hills estate, rock n' roll progeny James Jagger swapped a house in Silver Lake for one in Los Feliz, yet another Jho Low-connected property has popped up on the market, Jennifer Love Hewitt and her hubby ponied up more than $6 million on a family-sized residence in the Pacific Palisades, Halsey sold her Beachwood Canyon contemporary, Swedish-born TV producer Henrik Bastin listed his Hollywood estate for just a tad less than $4.7 million and DJ Mark Ronson is raking in the cash from the sale of his Los Feliz villa.
