This week's top real estate headlines

After having it on the market for nearly a year, Reggie Bush has finally scored a touchdown with his Pacific Palisades home – sort of. The final sales price is a far cry from the initial $10 million that Bush was asking and $400,000 less than what he originally paid for the property. Meanwhile, over in the piney woods of Atlanta, it’s been revealed that Steve Harvey bought Tyler Perry’s former mansion extravaganza for $15 million. The ultra-lux Versailles-style estate houses seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms within 34,688 square feet and is outfitted with all sorts of high-end amenities befitting a celebrity of Harvey’s stature.

In other news, Stockard Channing listed her Hollywood Hills home for $2.5 million, Apple co-founder Mike Markkula is putting his Carmel Valley ranch on the market for the third time, "Get Out" producer Jason Blum has bought yet another Los Angeles property, "Men in Black" director Barry Sonnenfeld is asking over $13 million for his Telluride estate, and "Westworld" creators Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy bought in Studio City.
