Currently asking a tad under $40 million, the estate is one of the biggest in the neighborhood and features two separate mansions plus detached staff quarters spread over a whopping five acre lot. Meanwhile, up the coast in Montecito, Ariana Grande just made another huge real estate move. Fresh off of buying a $13.7 million Hollywood Hills manse, the pop singer shelled out $6.75 million for the historic Porter House, which was sold by Ellen DeGerenes and Portia de Rossi. In other news, songwriter Ali Tamposi picked up MTV legend Martha Quinn’s Point Dume home, horror author Dean Koontz sold his Newport Coast estate for a record $50 million, and pop singer Demi Lovato finally managed to sell her Sunset Strip villa.
