This week's top real estate headlines

Oh, to be the relative of a deep-pocketed celebrity. Multi-hyphenate funnyman Seth Rogen has picked up a 1920s Spanish Revival-style cottage for members of his extended family who currently live elsewhere in WeHo. That doesn't sound so "Superbad" at all. Meanwhile, over in the Hidden Hills, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star Scott Disick isn't giving up on his house flipping projects anytime soon, despite the current state of the market. The former boyfriend of Kourtney Kardashian has relisted the "modern farmhouse" home he rehabbed with a lowered price of $6.25 million.

In other news, Janelle Monae picked up a midcentury home that is oh-so her, world-famous soccer player David Beckham and Posh Spice purchased a Zaha Hadid-designed penthouse, Drake's new manse is indisputably tricked out, Autumn Calabrese upgraded to a Hidden Hills estate, and Hollywood executive Jules Haimovitz is looking for someone to take his luxurious Beverly Hills mansion off of his hands for a little over $21 million.
