This week's top real estate headlines

Comedian couple Tom Segura and Christina P are up to some funny business up in Pacific Palisades. The stand-up comics have paid $6.65 million for a snazzy, like-new contemporary farmhouse that features three full floors with 5,800 square feet of living space. Meanwhile in Beverly Hills, Linkin Park's Brad Delson is trying to rock out of his charming East Coast traditional-style home. The lead guitarist's former house is up for grabs to the tune of $7.995 million. Rock on.
